INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS

Oral

Each oral presenter has 15 min for their presentation.

Please send your presentation beforehand to teach@harpa.is.
Please do not send presentation before April 25 and at the latest day before the session.

Please put in subject NJF Congress 2-4 maí and mark your presentation with the name of the hall or session, time/date and the name of the presenter for example, John Smith has presentation in Silfurberg A at 13:30 on May 4:
SB_A_May4_1330_John Smith or SilfurbergA_May4_1330_JohnSmith

Poster

• Poster size should be in portrait format 120 cm height x 90 cm width. – A0
• You will be provided one vertical, freestanding display board and tape for hanging your poster.
• All presenting authors of posters are asked to be available by their poster during their poster session. – Each presenter will get information about in which poster session they have been signed to.
• Each poster will get new poster number (P01 – P99), all poster should be put up on correct poster board before first poster session starts on May 2 and should be hanging there though out the congress

Make sure that you take your poster down after the congress as poster that are not collected will not be stored by the committee.
